It is my hope however, that through this book, you will not only learn more about prayer, but feel the Spirit in the words and testimonies of this book.I have never been of the view that just a head knowledge of prayer will help anyone become involved in prayer. Men who have prayed beyond and above the norm, have been men who caught a revelation of the ministry of prayer and the depths to which a man can be plunged in that ministry. Jesus did not want us to have only a head knowledge of who He is. He said, “…the words that I speak to you, they are spirit, and they are life…” He also said, “…the letter kills, but the spirit gives life…”

I have two objectives in writing this book. One is to introduce you to the spirit of prayer. I am hoping that your acquaintance with Him, The God who beckons you to come deeper into the courts of prayer, will be an inspiration and an eternal impartation on your life that will be a continuous access to the courts of prayer. Secondly, I know how hard it can be to maintain the spirit of prayer, I have found that you must have an attachment to the physical and traditional parts of prayer, for you to continuously experience a charged prayer life.

That this topic is one of the most disgusting Christianity, it is shocking however to learn that it is one of the least experienced by all. So, what I am hoping to do is not just to give you a head knowledge of prayer, but I am hoping to start a prayer and an atmosphere for it around you. I will take the common things you know about prayer and show you the depth and ramifications of it that only the spirit of God can. I can guarantee you that your prayer life is going to see a supercharge after going through this book. What I cannot guarantee is the extent to which you will take this supercharge and run with it. This is always the one thing about prayer. The agency of prayer determines the urgency of prayer. What I mean by that is that the passion, the urgency, the depth, the consistency, and intensity of prayer all depend on the person praying. There is never a reserved urgency for humanity.
